Leila has led the firm since 2011. She advises founders, family-owned groups and investors on the transactions that change a company: a first outside investor, an acquisition abroad, a sale after thirty years.
Clients describe her as the person who reads the whole agreement. She has closed more than 200 transactions and still negotiates the key terms of each one herself.
Before joining the firm she spent nine years in the corporate group of an international practice in Paris.
